An email with further details will be sent to you upon receipt of balance.
Cancellation Policy : Once a Deposit or the
Balance has been paid, cancellations must be made in writing to Yogaspirit.
For cancellations of events held within the US: If you cancel up to 6 weeks before the workshop, we charge a $200 cancellation
fee per person. No refunds for cancellations within 6 weeks of your workshop
(unless we/you can fill your space). No transfers.
For cancellations of events held outside of the US: If you cancel up to 12 weeks before the workshop, we charge a $500 cancellation
fee per person. No refunds for cancellations within 12 weeks of your workshop
(unless we/you can fill your space). No transfers.
No refunds will be made for failure
to attend or failure to complete the retreat. All refunds will be processed
following the retreat. Our cancellation policy is firm.
Limitation of Liability: Yogaspirit can not
be responsible nor liable for any injury, loss or damage of property,
or disruption of program due to circumstances beyond the control of Yogaspirit. |
